Description
GlutenTox® Pro is an immunochemical rapid test based on lateral flow technology for the detection of gluten in food and production environments. The test uses the G12 antibody, which targets the immunoreactive 33-mer peptide in gliadin—the fraction associated with celiac disease.
This method enables rapid screening of raw materials, finished products, and surfaces without the need for laboratory equipment. The results are interpreted visually and can be used to support internal monitoring, HACCP the validation of cleaning procedures in gluten-free processes.
