GlutenTox® Sticks Plus
Rapid test for detecting gluten in food, beverages, and on surfaces, based on lateral flow technology. The test provides results in approximately 10 minutes and is used to screen for traces of gluten in production, raw materials, and finished products.
Description
GlutenTox® Sticks Plus is a rapid test for the qualitative or semi-quantitative detection of gluten. The method is based on the G12 antibody, which targets immunogenic gluten fractions that are highly relevant for monitoring gluten-free production.
The test can be used to analyze food, beverages, and surface samples where rapid screening is needed to verify cleaning, monitor the risk of cross-contamination, or check products for compliance with relevant gluten requirements. Results are read visually, and sensitivity can be adjusted by diluting the sample depending on the application and the desired detection range.
