Clean-Trace™ LM1
The latest software version, 1.9.80, can be downloaded from ourwebsite (ZIP file, 528 Mb)
Download and Installation Instructions
- Once the download is complete, copy the file to your desktop.
- Right-click the file on the desktop and select " Extract All."
- In the window that opens, click Extract. When the extraction is complete, the folder opens automatically.
- Note: If you are installing the software for the first time or upgrading from version 1.6 or later, follow the instructions below. If you are upgrading from an older version, contact Hygiene Diagnostics for assistance.
- In the extracted folder, right-click the installation file and select " Run as administrator."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
What's New in Version 1.9.80
- SQL Server 2019 is now used instead of SQL Server 2016.
- An improved Sync Manager that automatically installs future software updates as they become available.
When upgrading
Note: We recommend that you upgrade only if you are experiencing problems with your current version or are using a version older than 1.6. If you are using a version older than 1.6, contact Hygiene Diagnostics for assistance.

MDS (Molecular Detection Software)
The latest features include:
- Reintroduced the digital signatures feature, enabling improved traceability
- Updated the Microsoft .NET Framework from 4.0 to 4.8
- Upgraded SQL Server from SQL Server 2014 to SQL Server 2019
- Updated Quantitative Salmonella reporting of negative results to display <LOQ for the quantitative value.
- Updated the reporting of quantitative Salmonella display the result in both Log10 (CFU/unit) and CFU/unit.

- We recommend upgrading your 3M MDS software only if you need the additional feature(s).
- Before starting an upgrade, check with your IT support team and make sure you have administrator privileges to update the software.

Petrifilm™ Plate Reader
Petrifilm™ Plate Manager Software Version 4.1.1 (ZIP, 885 MB)
The latest features include:
- Added the ability to register and integrate the Petrifilm Manager with Neogen
- Added the option to select a default save location for each new Excel file generated when using the "Copy to Excel" feature

Bionova™ Software for Incubators and the Trazanto System
The Automatic System for Quality Control & Traceability of Infection Control Processes, or Bionova® Software, was designed to serve as the primary tool for tracking and recording the results of biological indicators with fluorescence readout.
This system enables the integration of all BI data with the sterilizer and its manufacturer, the operator, the cycle parameters, and all relevant data related to sterilization activities. The system allows for the storage, documentation, and historical analysis of data within a user-friendly and flexible database. The Hygiene Monitoring system enables tracking of the Protein Pen incubation status and the saving of all measurements. This tool is available starting with Bionova® software version 2.2.
