Card payments via Stripe

Card payments are processed through Stripe, which handlesthe actual transaction. Hygiene Diagnostics AB does not store any card information without your consent. To enhance security, the payment may in some cases require additional verification via your bank’s 3D Secure/Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). No additional fees apply for card payments.

Invoice for businesses

When you choose to pay by invoice, your items are typically delivered before you pay. The invoice is free, and there are no additional fees. We may require payment in advance if you are a new customer, depending on our credit assessment. 

Please note that individuals cannot use our corporate invoicing as a payment method, as we require a business registration number. If you are an individual, you can instead choose to pay by card via Stripe.

No matter which payment method you choose, you will always receive an order confirmation from us before we ship any items to you.

Terms of Payment

Our payment terms are 20 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. In the event of repeated late or non-payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK and a late payment interest rate of 8% will be charged. If payment is still not made, the claim may be referred to a collection agency, which may result in additional collection costs.

Terms of Delivery

Deliveries are made to the customer’s delivery address in accordance with DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020). Hygiene Diagnostics AB is responsible for transportation to the destination specified by the buyer.

Warranty period

The warranty period for our instruments, devices, and tools is at least one year, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Shelf life

The shelf life of products with a limited shelf life is indicated on the product. In the online store, the maximum shelf life of products is listed, calculated from the date of manufacture. We guarantee at least half of the maximum shelf life for all products we keep in stock, unless we notify you otherwise. In general, the shelf life is much longer, but if you have any questions about shelf life, pleasecontact usbefore placing your order.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days, provided that the product, including its packaging, is in new condition. The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to purchases of products with a limited shelf life. You are responsible for the cost of returns, unless the product is defective or we have packed it incorrectly.

Additional information for international customers

The following applies specifically to customers outside Sweden:

• Orders placed through the website are binding once an order confirmation has been sent.

• Prices are listed in SEK and are shown excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.

• VAT is handled in accordance with applicable Swedish and EU VAT regulations. For shipments outside the EU, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Payment is made via secure electronic payment solutions (e.g., card payment via Stripe). Payment must be completed prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

• Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the EU from the date of payment, depending on product availability and the delivery address.

• For business customers (B2B), there is no statutory right of withdrawal once an order has been confirmed. Returns are accepted only by prior arrangement.

• Swedish law governs this agreement, and any disputes shall be resolved by a Swedish court.
