GlutenTox® SticksPlus for Reader
Rapid quantitative LFD for the detection of gluten in food, beverages, and other matrices, with results read on Hygiena .
Description
GlutenTox® Sticks Plus for Reader (i.e., Cube) is an immunochromatographic test based on lateral flow technology for the quantitative analysis of gluten. The method relies on the G12 antibody, which detects the immunogenic 33-mer peptide—the fraction of gluten that is most relevant from a health perspective.
The test is used for verifying gluten-free products, raw material control, and monitoring within HACCP. It has been validated for a wide range of matrices, including heat-treated foods and complex products.
Analysen kombinerar extraktion (UGES) med kvantifiering i Hygiena Cube, vilket ger objektiva resultat utan visuell tolkning. Kvantifiering sker i intervallet 3–40 ppm gluten, vilket täcker relevanta nivåer för gränsvärdet glutenfritt (<20 ppm).
Results are available in approximately 30–50 minutes, depending on the workload.
Features
- Quantitative analysis of gluten (3–40 ppm)
- G12 antibody directed against immunogenic gluten fractions
- Objective assessment with Hygiena
- Validated for food, beverages, and complex matrices
- Support for HACCP, raw material inspection, and finished product verification
- One-step dilution for quantification
GlutenTox Plus provides a visual reading, while GlutenTox Plus for Reader enables quantitative analysis and verification through instrumental reading in the Hygiena reader.
GlutenTox Plus for Reader is used for quantitative analysis (approx. 3–40 ppm) with instrumental reading in Hygiena , while GlutenTox is a rapid, instrument-free gluten test that provides a positive result above approx. 5 ppm without exact quantification.
