foodproof® Yeast and Mold Quantification LyoKit

foodproof® Yeast and Mold Quantification LyoKit is aPCR assay kit for the quantitative determination of yeast and mold in food, particularly dairy products. The method is based on highly sensitive DNA detection and enables quantification down to very low levels. The assay includes an internal control and can be combined with live/dead differentiation to exclude dead cells.

The kit is variant-specific (LP, RP, DP) and can be customized by selecting a profile based on the instrument and workflow. Lyophilized reagents minimize pipetting steps and reduce the risk of contamination.
