foodproof® StarPrep Three Kit

The foodproof® StarPrep® Three Kit is a DNA extraction kit developed for rapid and robust sample preparation prior to PCR of Gram-negative bacteria. The method is based on heat-induced lysis in a single-tube protocol, which minimizes manual handling and reduces the risk of cross-contamination. Extracted DNA is directly compatible withPCR is suitable for the analysis of, for example, Salmonella, STEC, Enterobacteriaceae, and Vibrio in food and process samples. The kit is optimized for various matrices and is typically used in conjunction with the foodproof® LyoKit system.
