Petrifilm™ Plate Reader Advanced

Neogen Plate Reader Advanced (formerly 3M) is a compact instrument for the automated reading and quantification of microbiological Petrifilm. The system uses integrated image analysis with a fixed AI model to identify and count colonies quickly and reproducibly.

The analysis takes less than 6 seconds per plate, enabling high throughput and reducing operator dependency. Results are managed via accompanying software for storage, trend analysis, and report generation, with the option of integration with LIMS systems.

The instrument is optimized for food, environmental, and quality control applications where standardized and traceable microbiological analysis is required.
