Megazyme™ Integrated Total Dietary Fiber Assay Kit

The Megazyme™ Integrated Total Dietary Fiber Assay Kit is an enzymatic assay kit for the quantification of total dietary fiber in foods and raw materials in accordance with AOAC .01 and 2011.25. The method covers both high- and low-molecular-weight fiber fractions, including resistant starch and indigestible oligosaccharides, in accordance with the CODEX definition of dietary fiber. The assay combines enzymatic digestion with gravimetric determination and HPLC, providing a complete and accurate fiber profile.

This is a reference method for the analysis of total dietary fiber when high accuracy and a complete fiber profile are required.
