Neogen® Environmental Scrub Sampler – Scrub swab with gloves and neutralizing solution

The Neogen® Environmental Scrub Sampler is designed for microbiological environmental sampling in food production, the beverage industry, and other hygiene-critical operations. The product uses a multi-layered non-woven material with high absorption and release capacity, combined with scrub dot technology that helps loosen biofilm and organic residues from surfaces.

The swab is pre-moistened with Neogen® Wide Spectrum Neutralizer, which neutralizes common disinfectants such as quaternary ammonium compounds, chlorine-based disinfectants, hydrogen peroxide, and peracetic acid. The neutralizing solution is compatible with both Neogen Petrifilm and Neogen Detection System. The product is particularly suitable for environmental monitoring after cleaning and disinfection, where residual disinfectants might otherwise affect the test results.
