Description
ELISA Helica® Aflatoxin M1 Low Matrix (High Sensitivity) ELISA intended for the quantitative analysis of aflatoxin M1 in milk, milk powder, and cheese. The method is based on a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in which the concentration is determined spectrophotometrically.
The assay is designed for laboratories that require high sensitivity when analyzing relatively clean matrices (low matrix effect), such as dairy products. The format, which includes ready-to-use reagents and a microtiter plate, enables standardized and reproducible analysis.
