Helica® Aflatoxin B1 (Rapid) ELISA

ELISA Helica® Aflatoxin B1 Rapid ELISA is intended for the quantitative analysis of aflatoxin B1 in food and feed. The method is based on a competitive ELISA the toxin in the sample competes with an enzyme-labeled antigen for binding to a specific antibody. The signal is measured spectrophotometrically at 450 nm and is inversely proportional to the toxin concentration in the sample.

Extraction is performed using a methanol-based solution, followed by analysis in a microtiter plate. Results are calculated using a standard curve, yielding quantitative values suitable for screening and verification in quality assurance programs.

The kit is optimized for rapid decision-making in production and incoming inspection, where low detection limits and short analysis times are critical.
