Megazyme™ D-Fructose/D-Glucose Assay Kit

The Megazyme™ D-Fructose/D-Glucose Assay Kit is an enzymatic UV assay for the quantitative determination of D-fructose and D-glucose in food and plant-based samples. The method is based on enzymatic phosphorylation followed by NADPH formation, with absorbance measured at 340 nm. D-glucose is quantified directly, while D-fructose is determined after enzymatic conversion to glucose-6-phosphate. This allows for both separate and sequential determination of each sugar type in the same sample.

The kit includes 110 assays using a manual method and up to 1,100 assays using microplate or automated systems.
