Description
The Clean-Trace® Luminometer (LM1) is a handheld ATP designed for verifying and monitoring cleaning processes in the food industry, healthcare, and other hygiene-critical environments. The instrument is used in conjunction with Clean-Trace ATP for sampling surfaces or rinse water.
The analysis is based on bioluminescence, in which ATP into light that is measured in relative light units (RLU). The signal intensity is proportional to the amount of organic material and provides a quantitative result within a few seconds.
The LM1 uses photomultiplier technology, which enables the detection of very low light levels and provides high reproducibility and low variation between measurements.
The system includes software for planning, data storage, and trend analysis, which makes it possible to organize sampling programs and monitor hygiene status over time.
