Clean-Trace™ Water Plus – Total ATP

Clean-Trace™ Water Plus – Total ATP an ATP for the quantitative verification of cleaning processes through the analysis of total ATP water samples. The test is primarily used to monitor rinse water, CIP processes, and other water-based systems where residues of organic material may indicate inadequate cleaning.

The analysis is based on bioluminescence, in which ATP with luciferin/luciferase to produce light. The light signal is proportional to the amount ATP is measured in a luminometer as relative light units (RLU). This provides a direct, objective measure of contamination levels from both microbial and product residues.

The test is designed for rapid sampling by direct immersion in liquid, making it particularly suitable for routine monitoring of cleaning in food production, the beverage industry, and other process environments. Rapid results enable immediate corrective action in the event of a deviation.

The system is used in conjunction with the Clean-Trace™ luminometer (e.g., LM1) and is part of an established hygiene monitoring system that allows trends and threshold values to be tracked over time.
