Description
The Milk Protein Rapid Kit is an immunochromatographic rapid test developed to detect milk protein (primarily casein-based target proteins) in food matrices and production environments. The method is used as a screening tool to quickly verify that cleaning is effective and that cross-contamination is prevented.
The test provides a visual result based on test lines that indicate the presence of allergens within approximately 11 minutes. The method is suitable for food samples, CIP rinse water, and surface swabs, making it useful throughout the entire production chain.
