AlerTox® Sticks Sesame

AlerTox Sesame is a rapid immunochromatographic test based on lateral flow technology for the qualitative detection of sesame protein in food, processing environments, and rinse water. The test uses monoclonal antibodies directed against 2S-albumin (Ses i2), providing high specificity for both white and black sesame.

The method is intended for internal monitoring verification in production, including raw material control, cleaning validation, and line monitoring. Results are obtained visually within approximately 10 minutes without the need for laboratory equipment. The system is complete and can be used directly in production or in the field.
