Description
AlerTox Mustard Seed is an immunochromatographic rapid test based on monoclonal antibodies directed against mustard protein (Sin a 2). The test enables rapid screening for contamination in food, production environments, and CIP/rinse water.
The method is designed to support self-monitoring programs and verification in accordance with HACCP, where rapid feedback is critical to reducing the risk of allergen contamination.
The test detects all types of mustard, including wasabi, and provides results in about 10 minutes without the need for instrumental analysis.
