AlerTox® ELISA

AlerTox ELISA is a quantitativeELISA for the analysis of milk in food and process samples. The kit detects the milk proteins casein and beta-lactoglobulin and is used for laboratory-based verification in raw materials, finished products, and CIP/rinse water. The method has a detection limit of 0.05 ppm and a quantification range of 0.5–10 ppm. The product is suitable when broad milk detection is required, particularly in cases of unknown sample history or where multiple target proteins may be present. For polyphenol-rich matrices, specific extraction instructions are provided in the IFU.
