AlerTox® ELISA

AlerTox ELISA is aELISA for the quantitative determination of lupin protein in raw materials and finished food products. The method is based on immunological detection and provides results in approximately 60 minutes. The test exhibits high specificity with minimal cross-reactivity to closely related legumes such as soybeans, lentils, and chickpeas.

The kit has been validated for multiple food matrices and is suitable for laboratory verification and quantification in quality control. The standard curve and reagents are optimized to deliver reproducible results within the relevant concentration range.
