Neogen® Almond Protein Rapid Kit

The Almond Protein Rapid Kit is an immunochromatographic lateral flow test for the detection of almond protein in food products and production environments. The method is designed for screening for allergen residues in both raw materials and finished products, as well as in environmental samples such as surface swabs and CIP rinse water.
