Chemdye® CDWU – Cavitation Test for Ultrasonic Baths

Chemdye® CDWU is a process indicator used for routine monitoring of the cavitation effect in ultrasonic cleaners. The indicator consists of a glass vial containing a blue reactive solution and glass beads. When the ultrasonic bath generates sufficient cavitation energy, the solution changes from blue to yellow, indicating that the ultrasonic cleaning effect is adequate. The test is performed in an empty ultrasonic cleaner and helps identify areas of weak cavitation before instruments are cleaned. Each vial comes with a self-adhesive documentation card for traceability.
