Chemdye® CDWU – Holder

The CDWU-H is an accessory designed for use with ultrasonic indicators (CDWU vials) to verify cavitation in ultrasonic cleaners. The holder is mounted directly on the neck of the vial and secured in the ultrasonic bath’s basket, ensuring a stable and precise position throughout the entire process.

Proper positioning is essential for the results to be representative. Without securing the vial, it can move within the bath and thus be exposed to varying levels of cavitation, resulting in unreliable or difficult-to-interpret results. The CDWU-H eliminates this variable and contributes to more reproducible tests.

The holder is compatible with both wire and perforated baskets and can be easily installed and removed without tools. It is designed for routine inspection, troubleshooting, and mapping of cavitation distribution in ultrasonic baths in medical, dental, and industrial applications.
