EndoSwab™ – ATP sampling swab for endoscopes

Hygiena® EndoSwab™ is designed for ATP cleaning verification of endoscopes and other reusable medical devices with internal channels where traditional surface swabbing is ineffective. The system consists of a long, flexible sampling rod with an absorbent foam tip that is passed through the instrument’s channel to collect biological residues and ATP hard-to-reach surfaces. After sampling, the foam tip is cut off directly into an ATP for analysis in ATP. The result is obtained in approximately 10–15 seconds and is used to verify cleaning processes prior to disinfection or sterilization.
