Chemdye® PRO1 ENDO Hygiene Monitoring System

Chemdye® PRO1 ENDO is designed for instrumental verification of cleaning processes in hollow instruments, such as endoscopes, where complex geometry makes traditional inspection insufficient. The test is based on an incubation-controlled chemical reaction and enables quantitative determination of residual protein after cleaning.

Sampling is performed using highly absorbent swabs that are passed through the instrument’s internal channels, enabling the analysis of critical, hard-to-reach surfaces. The system is used in conjunction with Chemdye® SWE highly absorbent swabs and theBionova® MiniPro auto-reader, which are sold separately.

The method has a detection limit as low as approximately 0.5 µg of protein (BSA) and a quantifiable range up to approximately 50 µg, making it suitable for environments where reproducibility, documentation, and traceability are key requirements.
