Integron® Thermodisinfection Indicator

Integron® Thermodisinfection Indicator is a chemical indicator developed for routine monitoring of thermal disinfection in dishwasher-disinfectors. The indicator reacts to the combination of temperature and time (A₀ value) and undergoes a distinct color change from green to purple when defined process parameters are met.

The product is used to verify the disinfection step following cleaning and to ensure that the process meets the requirements for the safe handling of medical devices. Different versions correspond to different disinfection programs, including standard cycles and more demanding programs in accordance with, for example, RKI recommendations.

This indicator allows for a quick visual check of the process's efficiency and is used as a complement to validation and routine monitoring.
