Bionova® 4-Hour Ethylene Oxide Sterilization Test Pack PCD Kit

The Bionova® 4h EO Test Pack is a complete process challenge device (PCD) for monitoring ethylene oxide sterilization. The test pack is designed to simulate a difficult-to-sterilize load and ensure that the sterilizing gas effectively penetrates the system and reaches the biological indicator.

The product contains an integrated biological indicator based on Bacillus atrophaeus, as well as chemical indicators for immediate visual verification of exposure. After incubation, the system enables rapid fluorescence-based reading as early as 4 hours, providing a reliable basis for the release of sterilized goods.

The test kits are used for routine monitoring, process control, and validation of EO sterilization, particularly during installation, requalification, or following changes to the process. The combination of PCD design and biological indicators provides a realistic and robust verification of critical process conditions.
