BAX® System Real-Time PCR for Campylobacter

PCR BAX® System Real-Time PCR for Campylobacter is a molecular diagnostic kit for the rapid and specific detection of Campylobacter jejuni, C. coli, and C. lari in food matrices. The method is based onPCR is optimized for use with the BAX® System Q7.

The assay has been validated for poultry-related matrices, such as swab samples from carcasses and finished products. With a PCR of approximately 70 minutes, the system provides faster results compared to culture-based methods.

The kit uses pre-dosed PCR, which minimizes pipetting steps and improves reproducibility and workflow in routine laboratories.
