Neogen® Molecular Detection Assay 2 – Salmonella

Neogen Detection Assay 2 – Salmonella a molecular test developed for the targeted detection of Salmonella LAMP(Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification) LAMP. The method amplifies specific DNA sequences with high sensitivity and specificity and is combined with bioluminescence-based detection in Neogen Detection System.

The assay is used after enrichment and is optimized for routine diagnostics where rapid results are required. The workflow is simplified with pre-dispensed reagents and a standardized protocol, which reduces operational errors and minimizes training requirements. Up to 96 samples can be analyzed simultaneously in a single run, enabling high throughput.

This method is intended for use in a laboratory setting and is employed in food production, contract laboratories, and regulatory inspections to verify the absence of Salmonella the production chain.
