Neogen® Molecular Detection Assay 2 – Cronobacter

Neogen Detection Assay 2 – Cronobacter is a LAMP DNA test for the targeted detection of Cronobacter spp. in food and production environments. The method combines isothermal nucleic acid amplification with bioluminescence detection, enabling rapid analysis with high specificity.

The test is used in conjunction with Neogen Detection System (MDS) and provides preliminary positive results in real time, while negative results are confirmed after the run is complete. The method is optimized for laboratories performing routine pathogen testing where rapid screening is critical.

The analysis requires prior enrichment and is validated for food and environmental samples.
