Petrifilm™ Rapid Yeast and Mold Count Plates (RYM) are ready-to-use culture plates for the quantification of yeast and mold. The system contains a dehydrated culture medium with nutrients, selective components, and indicators that enable clear identification of colonies.

The optimized formulation and indicator technology provide faster results compared to traditional agar-based methods, while eliminating the need for media preparation. The method has been validated against established reference methods and can be used for a wide range of food and environmental samples.
