Raptor® Integrated Analysis Platform

The Raptor® Integrated Analysis Platform is designed for laboratories and quality control environments that require rapid and standardized mycotoxin analysis. The system uses lateral flow technology combined with integrated incubation and optical reading, with the entire analysis process controlled automatically.

The instrument processes up to three samples simultaneously and ensures that each analysis is performed under controlled conditions (time, temperature, and flow rate). This reduces the need for manual steps and minimizes the risk of operator-related variations.

The analysis is based on test strips (e.g., Reveal® Q+), where the results are quantified digitally and stored in the system. The data can be exported and integrated into the laboratory’s workflow for traceability and documentation.

Typical analytes include aflatoxin, DON, fumonisin, zearalenone, and ochratoxin, depending on the test kit selected. The analysis time is short, often less than 10 minutes after sample preparation.
