Description
ELISA Helica® Zearalenone Low Matrix ELISA intended for the quantitative analysis of zearalenone in cereal-based matrices and feed. The method is optimized for low-matrix samples and is suitable for laboratories that require rapid screening with reproducible results.
The analysis is based on a competitive ELISA zearalenone in the sample competes with an enzyme-labeled conjugate for binding to immobilized antibodies. The signal is measured spectrophotometrically at 450 nm and is inversely proportional to the concentration of zearalenone.
The kit is designed for routine quality control of raw materials and finished products in the food and feed industries.
