Description
ELISA Helica® Fumonisin Hydro ELISA designed for the quantitative analysis of fumonisins in cereal-based matrices. The method employs a competitive ELISA, in which the signal correlates with the toxin content in the sample.
The extraction process is water-based, which eliminates the need for organic solvents in many matrices. This simplifies sample preparation and reduces processing time.
The analysis is designed for laboratory environments that require high throughput and standardized methods for mycotoxin testing.
