ELISA Helica® Deoxynivalenol (DON) ELISA is used for the quantitative analysis of DON in grains and feed. The assay is based on a direct competitive ELISA DON in the sample competes with bound antigen for antibody binding, and the signal is measured spectrophotometrically.
The method is designed for routine analysis in laboratories and quality control settings, using water-based extraction without the need for column purification. The analysis has been validated for common matrices such as wheat, barley, corn, and animal feed.
