Insulin is highly temperature-sensitive, and heat quickly reduces its effectiveness.
As long as the temperature remains within safe limits, the TempMonitor’s window stays white. However, if the temperature rises above 30 degrees Celsius for a period of 30 minutes, the indicator turns red—a clear signal that the product has been exposed to excessive temperatures. This allows patients to quickly determine whether the medication has been exposed to unsafe temperatures.
