UV marker pen

Hygiene Diagnostics' fluorescent UV marker pen is designed for cleaning training and verification of cleaning procedures. Markings are invisible or faintly visible, depending on the surface and the amount of marker applied.

We recommend the Hygiene Diagnostics 51-LED UV flashlight with a light wavelength of 395 nm as an accessory. The marker can be used to supplement visual cleaning inspections or in cleaning training sessions. The purpose of the inspection is to increase compliance with the cleaning instructions regarding wiping. The marking can be performed on behalf of the client or the contractor, but the timing and selection of marked surfaces are unknown to the cleaner. The marked surfaces selected should be wipeable, light-colored, flat, and non-porous to function optimally.
