BAX® System Real-Time PCR for Shigella

The BAX® System Real-Time PCR for Shigella is a molecular diagnostic test for the specific detection of Shigella spp. in food and environmental samples. The assay is based onPCR fluorescence-based detection and is integrated into the BAX® System’s automated workflow.
