BAX® System Real-Time PCR for Vibrio

PCR assay kit for the detection of Vibrio in food, optimized for shellfish and marine matrices. The method is based on variant-driven multiplexPCR enables the simultaneous identification of several relevant Vibrio species in a single test. The assay provides results quickly after enrichment and is designed for routine quality control in food production.

The system is used in conjunction with BAX® System Q7 and supports both qualitative analysis and MPN-based quantification, depending on the workflow.
