BAX® System PCR L. monocytogenes

The BAX® System L. monocytogenes is aPCR for the rapid and specific detection of Listeria in food and production environments. The method is AOAC and AFNOR-validated and provides reliable pass/fail results following enrichment. The assay is optimized for use in the BAX® System Q7 and X5 and is based on ready-to-use, lyophilized reagents that minimize manual handling and the risk of contamination. The system includes an internal control in each reaction, ensuring the validity of the results.
