PCR BAX® System PCR L. monocytogenes 24E is aPCR for the rapid and reliable detection of Listeria in food and production environments. The method is based on selective enrichment followed by DNA amplification and provides clear yes/no results with high specificity. The assay is AOAC and AFNOR-validated and comparable to reference methods, but with significantly shorter analysis time.

The kit uses pre-formulated reagents in tablet form, which minimizes manual handling and the risk of contamination. The solution is optimized for routine testing in the food industry and laboratories where rapid product release is critical.
