BAX® System PCR for E. coli O157:H7 MP

The BAX® System E. coli O157:H7 MP is aPCR for the rapid and specific detection of E. coli O157:H7 in food and production environments. The method is AOAC and AFNOR-validated and is based on multiplex PCR an integrated internal control, which ensures high specificity and minimizes the need for retesting. The assay provides results within approximately 2.5–3.5 hours after enrichment and is optimized for high throughput on the BAX® platform. The system is used in quality control and food safety where rapid product release is critical.
