3M announces that its Food Safety division is being spun off and merged with NEOGEN a leading global player with a significantly expanded product portfolio in food safety. The merger is expected to be completed in Q3 2023.
For you as a customer, the merger will not result in any changes regarding 3M products such as Petrifilm, Clean-Trace . You can order products through Hygiene Diagnostics just as usual and will receive the same support and service.
Over the next year, we at Hygiene Diagnostics will gradually roll out exciting new products from NEOGEN will help our customers further improve their food safety practices.
